Background:
The project is situated in Lachlan Street at Waterloo and comprises basement car parking, 2 levels of Small Office Home Office apartments above which is 6 levels of residential apartments.
The client wished to separate the SOHO units from the remainder of the scheme. This results in an isolation of the residential lifts and other facilities as they form their own separate scheme within the one building.
