This service allows developers and planners to review their design. You can move to any position within the model and look and see what the impact of any proposal will be in terms of visual impact and view sharing. It is not an architectural model and does not focus on door handles and window frames; rather this model is designed for assessment of gross impact by Scale, bulk, height and overshadowing.

We are able to build an accurate model very quickly, and add in the proposal in a very cost effective manner. This model can then be shown to Council, or
any other party, including objectors of any proposal.

The model can be flown by the end user using a free viewer, or a set path can be preprogrammed. We can even create an .AVI file and burn to DVD for superior presentation.

The model can be certified as accurate by a Registered Surveyor if this is desirable in any circumstance.
