We have been involved in many building projects for many years, and have gained considerable experience in this aspect of surveying.

It is critical for building companies to be able to rely upon the set out surveyor for fast and accurate set out. It is very rare that surveying has been allowed for in any construction program, so our philosophy is to work with and around the builder.

Our extensive experience has been gained through projects for the Major Sydney builders including Multiplex, Thiess, John Holland and Southern Cross.

Projects range from refurbishments of places like the Establishment Hotel in Sydney, Multi Storey residential buildings, to office high rise and to set out of infrastructure within Sydney’s Lance Cove Tunnel.

In all cases, we provide Safe Work Method Statements, all equipment we need, and experienced surveyors.

We are not rigid in performing contracts and understand that scopes of work alter and may need to be substituted for equal value works in order to keep the project on target.

Often variations are sought in order to maintain momentum of the project which may include set out of internal walls, bathroom walls, exterior curtain walls, as-builts of lift shafts and the like. Subject to plans being provided, these types of variations pose no issue to our surveyors who want to assist you in completion of the project on time.

We are adept at formulating a scope of works for each project, which you may  then give to other tenderers to ensure all consultants quote on the same thing. This is the most important aspect of the task as we would rather have an accurate scope and cost than hide costs and hope for variations to make the contract worthwhile.
