These were once called BOMA surveys, but now come under the Property Council of Australia. (PCA)

These surveys are required for commercial leases where payments are made on a per square meter basis.

Surveys can be done to the PCA definition or to any area definition given to us. In all cases we supply a written report and sketch showing the feature measured to, thus eliminating causes of dispute.

We have been undertaking these surveys for many years at Castle Towers and Castle Mall shopping centres, and are proficient in the preparation of:

• Gross Lettable Areas
• Gross Lettable Ares Retail
• Net Lettable Areas

We have also prepared many reports on City buildings for lease areas as well as other shopping centres.
