Our Surveyors are well versed and experienced in Land Subdivision, Community Title Subdivision, Strata and Stratum subdivisions. Set Out, Draft Strata Plan and Final Strata Plans for 95 residential apartments over two buildings and 2 commercial tenancies with 3 levels of basement

CAMPBELL STORES,

SYDNEY

Laser Scanning of existing structures and modelling of buildings in Revit. Preparation and issue of Subdivision Plans, Premises Plan and License Area Plans for both indoor and outdoor spaces

RYNAN RD, EDMONDSON PARK

Draft and Final Strata Plan and construction set out of 82 apartments in new release area. Application to Council for Acquisition Purposes and undertaking of plans for registration.

DURHAM GREEN RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Undertook the Development Application for an 11 Lot Community Title Subdivision with 174 villas; Completion of Draft and Final Community Plans, Lease plans
